I planned my brunch for today. but the weather in Alabama is expected to be severe. How do I postpone the event? Should I simply update the date in the app, or is there another step I need to take? Can they expect refunds if they cant make the new date?

Hello, I had this happen yesterday as well. Two ladies came to my event who I was not tracking. When asked they told me they purchased tickets from eventbrite. When I check eventbrite, I could not find the event on there they mentioned. They provided me a screenshot of our event from BSB but couldn’t provide any proof that a ticket was purchased. Either they are scammers or someone is scamming on eventbrite. I did try to accommodate them but they didn’t have money for a meal which was weird as well. They assumed the $10 covered everything/
