My name is Tracy and I’m originally from Jamaica and currently living in South Florida for over 30 years.

Human Resources has always been a passion of mine and l’ve been in the field for over 20 years. I am a people person! Always been very socialable and have a similar personality at work being a very approachable Human Resources professional. As an HR professional, I’ve worked in healthcare, mobile aviation software development for DoD/FAA/NGA, government and public sector. I’m currently a Chief Human Resources Officer for my local county’s Clerk of Circuit Courts & Comptroller.

In my spare time, I love to travel, go dancing, listening to music, entertain, plan events with friends and family and absolutely love brunchin! I am currently the West Palm Beach BSB Ambassador and South East Region Coordinator.
