Hey y’all!  I am a single mother to the most beautifully funny, academically smart teenager.  I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon.  I love hanging out with good people and better yet, over great food, interesting conversation, and shared life stories.

Besides enjoying a wide range of culinary yummy-ness, I often look forward to traveling to other cities and countries to take in the diverse cultures and life experiences of others.  So far, my favorite destinations have been Nigeria and Barbados.
