Hello – I’m Semoine (pronounced as ‘Simone’)! I am from Oakland, CA, and split my time between PG County, Maryland, where I currently live and the Bay Area.

Professionally, I bring 18 years of experience in human capital management, specializing in management consulting, IT program management, and systems implementation. Alongside my career, I’m the founder of CocoaLuxe, a body care and home fragrance brand dedicated to transforming self-care and wellness routines into luxurious and unforgettable experiences.

On the personal side, I’m a wife, mom to a 14-year-old son and a lively 9-year-old Shih-Poo who keeps us and the neighborhood squirrels on our toes.
