Hi there! I’m Cheryl L. James—a wife, mom, and business owner who’s passionate about helping small business owners simplify their lives. I’ve been married to my best friend for almost 30 years (and yes, he still makes me laugh), and we have two awesome adult kids who make us proud every day.

On the business side, I run CL James Consulting, where I help entrepreneurs streamline their operations, create systems that actually work, and say goodbye to chaos. After 27 years in corporate leadership roles, I know a thing or two about managing the moving parts of a business, and now I’m using that experience to help other business owners stress less and accomplish more.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, experimenting with new recipes, or binge-watching my favorite shows. I believe in working smarter (not harder) and finding joy in both life and business—and I love helping others do the same.
