The support ticket is for everything. If it’s a technical problem the tech people will be able to troubleshoot the problem.
Support tickets are for anything you need an admin to respond to as well.

If they have notifications on yes. It was sent from the old system but the notification still went to the new app since they are interconnected in some ways. Apple force updated people today so this is happening sooner than we thought.
