Hello! I’m a California native from the Bay Area who relocated to Las Vegas two years ago. I’m a proud wife, mother to three adult children, and pet parent to two fur babies. After retiring as an HR executive, I launched my own leadership development practice, specializing in empowering Black professionals to advance their leadership careers.

Before April 2024, my life revolved around being a wife, mom, and full-time professional, while also giving back to my community through volunteer work with organizations supporting the homeless. As a result, my social life often took a back seat. Now, with more time on my hands, I’m excited to focus on building a network of like-minded women. I’m looking forward to exploring rest, enjoying brunches, and engaging in activities that truly nourish my soul.
