Denver’s new urban eatery in the historic Five Points neighborhood, serving homemade favorites and boujee mimosas that are anything-but-ordinary. It’s classic brunch, with an innovative twist.

Mimosas is a chef-driven, gourmet food concept founded in 2020. It is inspired by a true love for breakfast. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating classic comfort fare with a twist. When guests dine with Mimosas, they strive to provide more than just a meal—and want it to be an experience. The focus is providing exceptional quality, taste, presentation and service.
