Former C-SPAN senior political producer, covering Congress and the White House and currently teaches media and politics at the Washington Center. Founder and President of Districtly Speaking – a multimedia and strategic dialogue consulting company and owner of CultureLuxe by Jonelle – a modern luxury travel company specializing in elevated cultural tours and experiences. Jonelle served for three years as the DC ambassador for Brown Skin Brunchin’.

She sits on several boards including the White Dress Project – a patient advocacy and fibroid awareness organization and is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. During her down time, you can find Jonelle traveling the world, binging her favorite tv shows and brunching with friends. She is a bonafide talker, extrovert and people-person!
