Hi! I’m Lillian, Co-Founder of Brown Skin Brunchin’. I’m passionate about building spaces where women of color feel at home, connected, and supported. Alongside my best friend Melissa Mason, we’ve taken BSB from a small idea to an international community with over 40,000 members and growing!

Originally from Richmond, VA, I was raised by my grandmother, a woman who could make something out of nothing. Her strength inspired me to push forward, earning my degree from the University of Maryland as the first in my family to graduate from college. I’ve spent nearly 20 years in Human Resources, driven by a love for helping others and building relationships.

My journey eventually brought me to Las Vegas, where I created my content space, Lilly’s Content Studio. It’s a place for creatives to do what they love in a welcoming environment. When I’m not running events or working, you’ll usually find me with my kids or exploring new cultures through travel and food.
