Soul Rebel began as a Caribbean-American Fusion Restaurant based in Northern Virginia. In 2023, the owners, Kofi and Shareem Annan opened a brick and mortar restaurant under the same name in Petersburg, VA.

New to Brown Skin Brunchin’? We’re all about gathering women of color to enjoy great food, fun vibes, and refreshing drinks—all while building friendships that last a lifetime. Each brunch is a chance to connect with incredible women both locally and from across the country. Expand your Brunchin’ circle with us!
