Fox Hollow Vineyards is a charming, family-owned winery nestled on 94 acres in Holmdel, New Jersey. Operated by the Casola family—sixth-generation farmers—the vineyard reflects their deep-rooted passion for agriculture and winemaking. Their commitment to quality is evident in their hand-tended, estate-grown grapes, which are skillfully crafted into a diverse selection of wines.
The winery offers a selection of food options to complement their wines. Guests can enjoy paninis, chips, and cheese plates, with specials like the all-day lunch deal on Thursdays. The outdoor patio area is equipped with fire pits and lawn games, providing a relaxed setting for visitors.
Fox Hollow’s wine portfolio includes both classic varietals and unique blends. Notable selections feature dry whites like the 2021 Cayuga White and Derby White, a sweet white wine. Their reds include the 2021 Derby Red, a dry red blend, and the 2015 Riesling, known for its crisp, citrusy profile. The winery also offers a dry rosé, the 2023 Pink Flamingo. Wine tastings are available, allowing guests to sample a variety of these offerings
