Join us for brunch at Zacatlán, a James Beard–nominated restaurant in Santa Fe where Mexican heritage meets Southwestern flavor. Led by Chef Eduardo Rodriguez, the menu reflects his roots in Zacatecas while celebrating the ingredients and spirit of Santa Fe.

Each dish blends tradition and innovation, offering flavors that feel both comforting and unexpected. At Zacatlán, food is more than a meal—it’s a way to gather, connect, and celebrate in good company while tasting the heart of Mexico and the Southwest.
