About The Getaway Restaurant:

The Getaway opened its tikis in January 2014, with a passion for local ingredients and a sense of coastal favorites in mind. Our goal was to provide a fresh and hearty menu with a family friendly dining option.

The Florida Keys & our Coastal communities are the inspiration for our menu & your overall experience at The Getaway. We offer a welcoming space, which brings friends and family together. As a coastal favorites forward restaurant, we pride ourselves in being a supporter of local fish houses and fresh produce that is Florida-sourced and grown. Our ambition for fresh local seafood & more means menu combines unique & delicious coastal favorites all the time. Our family friendly atmosphere has flourished around the offerings in our menu and our unique waterfront setting.

We also pride ourselves in our Tiki Bars, which offer a unique waterfront dining experience on Tampa Bay. The Weedon Island Preserve sits as our backdrop providing real time Florida waterfront experience.

To attend, there’s a $10 membership fee, which helps keep our community active and growing. You only pay when you want to attend an in-person event. Your seat is saved as soon as your RSVP and payment are confirmed.
