At Brown Skin Brunchin, the safety and well-being of our community is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and secure environment and have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. While our app is designed for adult women 21+, we take proactive measures to prevent misuse and to remain compliant with all applicable laws and platform requirements.
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Brown Skin Brunchin strictly prohibits any content, activity, or user behavior that involves or promotes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexualization of minors in any form
- Child grooming or exploitation
- Solicitation of minors or deceptive behavior targeting children
Any user found engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. User Feedback and Reporting
We provide an in-app mechanism for users to report content or behavior that violates our policies. Users can report issues through:
- The in-app “Contact Support” form
- Direct email to: support@brownskinbrunchin.com
- Flagging inappropriate content within the community feed (when enabled)
All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
3. Addressing CSAM
If we become aware of any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform, we will:
- Immediately remove the content
- Suspend the associated user account
- Report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law
We cooperate fully with authorities in all investigations related to CSAM.
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Brown Skin Brunchin complies with all applicable child protection and data privacy laws, including but not limited to:
- U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- Relevant international standards and laws for platforms accessible globally
Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is restricted to users aged 21 and over.
