Yesterday, I set a goal to take at least 1,000 steps to maintain my heart rate…and I not only met it but surpassed it! 🎉

I ended up walking about 4,000 steps, and I’m feeling so proud of myself.

It’s a great reminder that small goals can lead to big wins.
